Please Note:

If the return involves damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, please include photos to help us review quickly.

Returns shipped without contacting us first may experience processing delays.

V. Return Shipping Responsibility

Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns for quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage: Return shipping costs are covered by us or will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

VI. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, incorrect item, or shipping damage.

VII. Damage / Incorrect Item / DOA (48-Hour Notification Requirement)
If your order arrives damaged, is defective (DOA), or is incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. This allows us to address time-sensitive issues promptly.

VIII. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your original payment method by your bank or financial institution.
